Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 g smoked salmon fillet
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until slightly wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring well and letting it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce. Stir gently.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit of reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
