A delicious and hearty pizza featuring juicy ground meat, tasty vegetables, and cheesy goodness. Perfect for a family dinner.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 70 g chopped salami
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of oregano
- 3.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 100 g chopped onion
- 2 tbsp wheat bran
- 1.5 dl whole wheat flour
- 300 g shredded cheese
- 2 rings of pineapple, chopped
- A splash of cooking oil
- 1.5 dl warm water (about 42 °C)
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and cook the ground beef, adding the chopped salami, seasoning salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until the meat is fully browned.
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and wheat bran.
3. Add the cooked meat mixture, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
4. Pour in a splash of cooking oil and the warm water into the dough mixture. Knead until smooth.
5. Roll out the dough into a pizza base and place it on a baking sheet.
6. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and add the chopped pineapple rings.
7. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
