Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Food coloring (yellow, blue, red)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 100 g chocolate (white or milk chocolate)
- Decorations: bear and star figures
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the batter, alternating between the two, mixing until smooth.
4. Divide the batter into three portions and add food coloring to each portion in your desired colors.
5. Pour the colored batter into the pan in layers. You can also use a skewer to lightly swirl the colors together.
6. Bake the cake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked. Let it cool.
7. Prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. You can add melted chocolate to the frosting for extra flavor.
8. Frost the cooled cake with the cream cheese frosting and decorate with bear and star figures.
