- 3 eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Berries or fruits (e.g., blueberries or apples) for the sweet filling

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly. Add cream, milk, and salt, mixing well.
