Ingredients
Crust: - 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups blueberries
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
Instructions
1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and frothy. 2. Add the oil and yogurt, mixing well.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring until the batter is smooth.
4. Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter.
6. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes.
7. Prepare the cream cheese filling: beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
8. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mixing until well combined.
9. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
10. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pie.
11. Bake for another 15 minutes, until the filling is set.
Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
