Ingredients:

- 400 g black sausage
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
2. Prepare the lemon potatoes: Drain the boiled potatoes and return them to the pot. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
3. Fry the black sausage in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Make the garlic mayonnaise: Press the garlic cloves into the mayonnaise and mix well.
5. Serve the black sausage with lemon potatoes and garlic mayonnaise. Garnish the plate with fresh parsley.
