This delicious gluten-free pan pizza is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for weekend indulgence or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

- 2 dl gluten-free flour blend
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 2 dl shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, salt, baking powder, and oregano.
3. Add the milk, water, and olive oil. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
5. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and your desired toppings on top of the pizza.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
