Serving Size: 8-10 slices
Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 250 ml warm milk
- 100 g softened butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.
2. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add it to the flour mixture.
3. Incorporate the softened butter and eggs into the dough.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it has doubled in size.
6. Shape the dough into brioche rolls and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7. Allow the brioche to rise again for about 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the brioche for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
9. Let cool before serving.
