A rich and creamy holiday beverage combining milk, eggs, and spices, elevated with delicious Calvados. Perfect for winter evenings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cl Calvados
Instructions:
1. Whip the cream until fluffy and set aside.
2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugars. Whisk the mixture until it is light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and spices to the egg mixture and stir well.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture, being careful to keep it airy.
5. Pour the drink into glasses and top each serving with Calvados.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the holiday spirit!
