Ingredients:
- 200 g softened butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- White and black food coloring
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles, icing)
Instructions:
1. Cream the softened butter and sugars in a bowl until fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.
5. Divide the dough into small balls and shape them into cookie discs.
6. Bake the cookies at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, or until done.
7. Allow the cookies to cool completely before decorating.
8. Paint the cookies with white and black food coloring to match the Monster High theme. Use decorations as desired.
