A delicious Monster High cake that's perfect for birthday celebrations. Quick to make with a ready-made fondant cake image, filled with chocolate layers and strawberry filling.

Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate cake (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 package of ready-made fondant cake image (Monster High theme)
- 2-3 dl heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- Strawberry jam (for filling)
- Edible Monster High decorations
Instructions:
1. Prepare a chocolate cake or use a store-bought cake. Allow it to cool completely.
2. Slice the cake into two or three layers, depending on your preference.
3. Spread strawberry jam between the layers and on top of the entire cake.
4. Whip the heavy cream and mix in the gelatin powder. Pipe the whipped cream around the edges of the cake.
5. Place the ready-made fondant cake image on top of the cake.
6. Decorate the cake with edible Monster High decorations.
7. Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
