Ingredients
- 4 egg whites - 1½ dl sugar
- 1¼ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 50 g butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar until the mixture is glossy and firm.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato starch, and instant coffee powder.
4. Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg white mixture using a lifting motion.
5. Pour the melted butter into the batter and mix carefully.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
