Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh spinach - 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach and drain well. 2. Peel and slice the avocado.
3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
5. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
7. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
9. Serve immediately.
