This delicious and nutritious muesli is a perfect breakfast or snack that is easy to make. You can customize the recipe by adding your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced or chopped almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup oil (e.g., coconut oil or canola oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Dried fruits or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slices, shredded coconut, and rolled oats).
3. Add honey or maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the muesli is golden brown. Stir the muesli halfway through baking for even cooking.
6. Allow to cool before adding dried fruits or nuts, if using.
7. Store the muesli in an airtight container.
