Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef - Breadcrumbs
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Chili powder
- Chili oil
- Chopped coriander or parsley
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Instructions
1. Place ground beef in a mixing bowl. 2. Add breadcrumbs, sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and chili oil to the bowl.
3. Finely chop the red and yellow bell peppers and add them to the mixture.
4. Add chopped coriander or parsley.
5. Incorporate the egg yolks and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
6. Shape the mixture into patties.
7. Fry the patties in a hot pan on both sides until cooked through and nicely browned.
8. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
