- 300 g baby potatoes

Instructions:
1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and keep warm.

3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes until bright green and crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
5. Serve the salmon with the baby potatoes and green beans. Garnish with fresh dill.
