Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes - 2 tbsp oil (olive or canola oil)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice them into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through baking.
6. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
