Ingredients:
- 2 dl oat flour
- 1 dl water
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 2 dl grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella)
- 200 g assorted toppings (e.g., pepperoni, vegetables, olives)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, salt, and dried basil.
3. Add water and olive oil to the mixture and knead until you have a smooth dough.
4. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into small circles or use muffin tins.
5. Place the dough bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread tomato sauce on each base.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and add your desired toppings.
8. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
9. Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
