A colorful and flavorful noodle dish with fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g noodles - 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 100 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a moment.
3. Add the julienned carrot and bell pepper to the pan, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Stir in the peas and cook for an additional minute.
5. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan, mixing well and heating through for a few minutes.
6. Serve the noodles on plates, sprinkling with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
