This stunning cake combines delicious strawberry mousse with the beautiful Marimekko Unikko pattern, making it perfect for birthday celebrations. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g strawberry mousse
- 250 g Satin Ice fondant
- 250 g vanilla-flavored fondant
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add the milk and oil while continuing to whisk.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Slowly fold the dry mixture into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through. Allow to cool.
6. Slice the cake into three even layers and moisten if desired.
7. Spread strawberry mousse between the layers and stack them on top of each other.
8. Cover the entire cake with Satin Ice fondant.
9. Shape decorations from the vanilla-flavored fondant and decorate the cake as desired.
10. Let the cake rest in the refrigerator before serving.
