Ingredients:
- 2 dl Greek yogurt - 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 dl almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and homogeneous.
3. Taste and add more honey if needed for sweetness.
4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glass and enjoy with a spoon.
