Mexican Mojito

A refreshing twist on the classic mojito with a hint of tequila. Perfect for summer gatherings! Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
- 4 cl tequila
- About 10 mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Sparkling water (or ginger ale for a non-alcoholic version)
Instructions:
1. Place the mint leaves in a glass and gently muddle them with a muddler to release their flavor.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the muddled mint leaves.
3. Add the tequila and ice cubes or crushed ice to the glass.
4. Pour sparkling water over the mixture and add the cane sugar.
5. Stir well and enjoy!
*For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the tequila and use ginger ale instead of sparkling water.*
