Ingredients:
- 4 dl water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cl white rum (optional)
- Lime slices for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a pot and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Remove the pot from heat and add the lime juice and mint leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
3. Strain the drink into glasses and add the rum if using.
4. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
5. Enjoy warm!
