Ingredients:
- Tortillas
- 400 g white fish (e.g., cod or pike fillets)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 dl fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili (optional)
- Greek yogurt or sour cream (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fish. Season the fish fillets with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cook the fillets in a pan over medium heat until they are cooked through and easily flake with a fork.
2. Prepare the toppings. Peel and slice the avocado, finely chop the red onion, and dice the tomato. Chop the cilantro.
3. Assemble the tacos. Take the tortillas and place the cooked fish on top, followed by avocado, red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
4. Add chili if desired and serve the tacos with Greek yogurt or sour cream for dipping.
