These delicious matcha ginger chocolate bites combine the flavor of green tea with the spiciness of ginger. They are the perfect snack or sweet treat to enjoy with coffee.

Serving Size: 12-15 pieces

Ingredients:

- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 dl nut or almond flour
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Stir in matcha powder, grated ginger, maple syrup, nut or almond flour, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or into a mold. Spread evenly into a flat layer.
4. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
5. Allow to set in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
6. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
