A refreshing smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack, packed with nutrients and flavor. Preparation time: 10 minutes, Serves: 2.Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth and the consistency is uniform.
