Ingredients:
- 4 cups raspberries
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cups rolled oats
Instructions:
1. In a non-stick skillet, combine the rolled oats and sugar.
2. Place the skillet over medium heat and toast the oats, stirring continuously.
3. Toast until the oats are lightly browned and the sugar has absorbed into them.
4. Allow the mixture to cool.
5. Once the oats have cooled, transfer them to a serving dish.
6. Layer the raspberries and yogurt on top of the toasted oats.
7. Gently mix and serve immediately.
