A refreshing and delicious berry smoothie perfect for a summer day. Preparation time is just 10 minutes, and this recipe serves four.Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup oat bran
- 3 cups sparkling water
- Fresh raspberries, orange slices, and lemon balm leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Blend the mixed berries in a blender until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes, honey, lemon juice, and oat bran. Blend well.
3. Pour in the sparkling water and blend again briefly.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries, orange slices, and lemon balm leaves if desired.
