Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillets - 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 100 g almonds (coarsely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cm fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 bell pepper (julienned)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp Chinese soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced celery, carrots, and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5–7 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and white pepper. Add the salmon to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
5. Stir in the chopped almonds and Chinese soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
