A creamy semolina porridge, perfect for a comforting dessert or breakfast. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 dl semolina
- 1 l milk
- 50 g margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it is nearly boiling.
2. Add the salt to the milk.
3. Gradually pour the semolina into the milk while stirring continuously.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until it thickens.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the margarine until well combined.
6. Let the mannivelli cool slightly before serving.
