This rich and moist chocolate cake is the perfect treat for the weekend or special occasions. It's easy to make and sure to please all chocolate lovers.

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sugar to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. Gently mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is done.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can decorate the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate frosting if desired.
