A delicious and hearty dish combining pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and cream cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 100 g sun-dried tomato cream cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- 7 dl shell pasta
- Water
- 5 dl vegetable broth
- 3 eggs

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta.
2. In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and sun-dried tomato cream cheese.
3. In a bowl, mix the vegetable broth, eggs, and salt together. Pour this mixture over the pasta in the baking dish and stir well.
4. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 45 minutes.
5. Let the bake rest for a few minutes before serving.
