Ingredients:

- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g vendace or salmon roe or caviar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the chives, heavy cream, roe, and black pepper.
2. Whip the mixture until it forms a stiff foam, being careful not to overbeat.
3. Transfer the finished spread to a beautiful serving bowl.
4. Serve with dark toasted bread.
