A delicious recipe combining butter, wheat flour, and sweet plum jam, creating the perfect treat for a busy day.

Serving Size: 4 pastries
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 200 g wheat flour
- 50 ml cold water
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- 100 g plum jam
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and melted butter.
3. Add the cold water to the mixture and stir until the dough is smooth.
4. Roll out the dough into a flat sheet and cut it into suitable-sized pieces.
5. Place a spoonful of plum jam in the center of each piece.
6. Fold the dough pieces in half and press the edges tightly to seal.
7. Brush the pastries with the beaten egg.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
