A delicious baked camembert perfect for savory snacking, combining cheese, pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serving size: 2-4 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g camembert cheese
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 4-5 halves of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp pine nuts
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Toasted bread, crackers, or similar for serving

Instructions:

1. Remove the camembert cheese from its packaging and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Spoon pesto over the top of the cheese.
3. Bake the cheese in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes.
4. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces and add them on top of the cheese for the last 5 minutes of baking.
5. Carefully transfer the hot cheese to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with toasted gluten-free bread or crackers.
