A rich and decadent chocolate cake layered with creamy cheese filling, perfect for festive occasions.

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl powdered sugar
- Food spray color (light blue and pearl)
- Fondant for snowflake decorations

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Allow to cool slightly.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter and stir until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
6. In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
7. Slice the cooled cake in half and fill it with the cream cheese mixture. Place the other half on top.
8. Cover the cake with fondant and decorate with snowflake decorations.
9. Finally, spray the top of the cake with food spray color to create a "frosted" effect.
