Delicious and juicy ground beef patties flavored with pickles and beetroot. This recipe is a great choice for a weekday dinner.

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 pickled cucumber, finely chopped
- 150 ml pickled beetroot, finely chopped
- Just over 100 ml water
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and potato flour.
2. Add water, chopped onion, pickled cucumber, and beetroot to the mixture.
3. Knead the mixture until it starts to form a cohesive dough.
4. Shape the mixture into patties.
5. Fry the patties in a hot pan on both sides until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
