Delicious and juicy patties that are easy to prepare. Perfect for a weekday dinner or a festive meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 10 ml ground beef seasoning
- 10 ml paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 5 ml white pepper
- 600 g ground beef
- 2 dl cooking cream
- 200 g pickled beetroot strips
- 10 ml salt
Instructions:
1. Soak the breadcrumbs in the cream for a while.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Add the soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, spices, chopped onion, and pickled beetroot strips to a bowl.
4. Mix all ingredients well to ensure even distribution of spices.
5. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve warm with mashed potatoes and salad.
