Delicious and juicy meat patties combining beetroot, onion, and sour cream. A perfect choice for dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion - 2.5 dl pickled grated beetroot
- 2 tsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp potato flour
- 1 tsp pepper mix
- 400 g ground meat
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 can (200 g) sour cream
- 2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Mix the breadcrumbs into the sour cream and let it soak for about 10 minutes.2. Add ground meat, chopped onion, pickled grated beetroot, and the other ingredients to the soaked mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper mix, and mix all ingredients well.
4. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in hot oil until they are nicely browned on both sides.
5. Serve the patties warm, for example with potatoes and salad.
