A delicious and visually appealing cake featuring crispy pancakes layered with tart apples and rich cream cheese whipped cream. Perfect for celebrations or coffee breaks.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3-4 tart apples
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- Powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pancake batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter, and stir until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Pour batter onto the pan to make pancakes about 10-12 cm in diameter. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
3. Peel and slice the apples. Sauté the apple slices in the pan until soft, adding cinnamon to taste.
4. Prepare the filling: Whisk together the cream cheese and whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until fluffy.
5. Assemble the cake: Place the first pancake on a serving plate, add a layer of apple slices and cream cheese whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of cream cheese whipped cream on top.
6. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
