A delicious and visually stunning dessert perfect for celebrations and special occasions. Made easily from pancake batter and filled with delightful toppings.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 dl butter (for frying)
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 dl jam (e.g., strawberry or raspberry jam)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar until the batter is smooth.
2. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
4. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan to cover the bottom.
5. Cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
6. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Let the pancakes cool.
7. To assemble the cake: Place one pancake on a serving plate, spread a layer of whipped cream and add berries on top.
8. Add another pancake and repeat the layers until all pancakes are used.
9. Decorate the top of the cake with berries and jam before serving.
