A delicious and visually stunning cake made by stacking crepes with layers of filling. Perfect for celebrations or treat days! Preparation time: Approximately 1.5 hours

Ingredients
Crepe Batter:- 3 large eggs
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 dl liquid margarine
- Butter for frying
Filling:
- 1 can (2.5 dl) Flora whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 can (250 g) mild cottage cheese
- 3.5 dl strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
Instructions
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs. Add salt and sugar, and whisk until well combined.2. Pour in the milk and gradually mix in the flour and liquid margarine.
3. Let the crepe batter rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan and melt some butter. Pour a ladleful of batter to form medium-sized crepes (about 15 total) so that they are roughly the same size.
5. Allow the crepes to cool slightly before assembling the cake.
6. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
7. Add the cottage cheese to the whipped cream mixture and combine well.
8. Start assembling the cake: spread the cream-cottage cheese mixture between every other layer and strawberry jam between the others.
9. Decorate the top of the crepe cake with fresh strawberries.
