Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 crushed biscuits (e.g., digestive)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
