This smoothie is a delight for cloudberry lovers, both delicious and nutritious. Preparation time is only 10 minutes, and the recipe serves two.
Ingredients:
- 2 dl cloudberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 2 dl yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 dl oats (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the cloudberries thoroughly if using fresh ones.
2. Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces.
3. Add all ingredients to a blender.
4. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional cloudberries or oats if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
