A delicious chocolate cake that is quick to prepare and loved by all chocolate enthusiasts. Perfect for a coffee table or celebrations! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir well.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with chocolate frosting.
