Delightful mint chocolate pancake bake that combines rich dark chocolate with fresh mint leaves. Perfect for breakfast or dessert! Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 dl fresh mint leaves
- Butter for greasing
- Kiwi fruits for garnish (or other fruit)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, and melted chocolate.
4. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Chop the fresh mint leaves and fold them into the batter.
6. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into it.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before cutting into pieces.
9. Garnish the servings with kiwi fruits or any other fruit before serving.
