Creamy Vanilla Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower- 1 medium potato
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion, garlic, and potato into small cubes.2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. In a pot, heat a splash of oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the potato and cauliflower to the pot, and mix well.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth and cook until the vegetables are tender (about 15-20 minutes).
6. Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
7. Stir in the cream and vanilla sugar, and heat the soup for a few more minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the soup warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
