A delicious treat with oats, nuts, and dried fruits, perfect for the fall season. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl honey
- 1 dl butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl dried fruits (such as raisins or apricots)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar and honey.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
6. Fold in the nuts and dried fruits.
7. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
