Ingredients:
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated
- 3 tbsp gin
- Ice
- Tonic water (e.g., Hartwall Tonic Water)
- Lime slice
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the fresh turmeric into a fine paste.
2. Place the grated turmeric at the bottom of a glass.
3. Add gin to the glass and mix well.
4. Fill the glass with ice.
5. Pour tonic water over the ice to your taste.
6. Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy immediately.
