Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 2 limes
- 1 liter of water
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey or sugar (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice (if desired)

Instructions

1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
2. Squeeze the juice of the limes into a bowl and add honey or sugar. Stir well until the sweetener dissolves.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the lime juice mixture.
4. Pour the water into the bowl and mix all ingredients well.
5. Let the drink chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve the drink over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
